On-Site Shiatsu is a short, seated type of massage which:![]()
- Is specifically designed for the workplace.
- Is given by a professional Shiatsu/massage therapist.
- Lasts from 10 to 30 minutes, (usually 15 minutes) uses no oil and takes place with the employee fully clothed.
- Usually covers the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands and can be adapted to special needs.
- Reduces physical and mental stress, absenteeism, repetitive stress injuries and illness, depression and health insurance expenses.
- Technique: is a combination of pressure point stimulation and massage, leaving you relaxed yet invigorated, refreshed and ready to return to work.
- A portable ergonomic massage chair, designed for comfort and support is used. The chair is also skirt friendly and is supplied by the massage therapist.
- Increases energy, mental clarity, morale, productivity, creativity and improves interpersonal relationships.
- In addition to chair Shiatsu, we offer a wide variety of full-body therapeutic massage/bodywork modalities.
- Onsite Shiatsu (O.S.) can be used as part of a regular wellness program, an incentive program for your health-fair, special occasions such as holidays, birthdays, National Secretaries' Day, etc. It can also be used in times of special stress, such as near deadlines or during peak work sessions and also for off-site corporate events.
- Please note, insurance receipts are issued for all our massage services. Employees who have health plans covering massage therapy, will be reimbursed by their insurance company for the specific amount covered.
